With the target of achieving deeper school-enterprise cooperation and getting a better understanding of the construction of off-campus practice teaching bases for comprehensively improving the quality of students' practice, Lyu Guofu, Party Secretary of GZUC, Luo Bing, President and deputy secretary of the Party Committee led a team to visit and investigate off-campus practice teaching bases, such as Guanshanhu Fumin Rural Bank of Guiyang, Guiyang International Convention and Exhibition Center Co., LTD., Guizhou Happy Garden Decoration Engineering Co., LTD.,, Beijing Hualian Guiyang Branch, Zhongjian Asia Pacific Accounting Firm, Guizhou Bailing, etc. Vice presidents Zhang Yong and Wen Daqiang kept company with the investigation team.
Duringthe visit, the two counterparts conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on personnel training program formulation, teacher training, curriculum construction, scientific research cooperation, internship practice, employment demand, integration of industry and education. The head of the practice teaching base gave key feedback to the school on the students' professional ability, professional quality, innovation ability and performance in work, and expressed the willingness to further strengthen interaction and cooperation with the school and achieve a win-win situation between the school and the enterprise.

Off-campus Practice Teaching Base Research
On behalf of the school, Lyu Guofu first expressed his thanks to the cooperative enterprises for their great attention and vigorous support to the practical teaching work of the university. He pointed out that the off-campus practice teaching base is an important content of the construction of high-level new business college, an important path to cultivate applied talents, and an effective carrier to improve students' practical ability and innovation ability. By adhering to the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue, we need to closely focus on three major propositions of cultivating: the first is what kind of people to cultivate, the second is how to cultivate people, and the last is for whom to cultivate. Lyu Guofu put forward his hopes and requirements for the teachers and students who participated in the internship. Firstly, in the context of the epidemic prevention and control situation, we should strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, take personal protection, and ensure healthy and safe travel. Secondly, the majority of teachers should be familiar with the internship content and get better understanding of the internship process with high sense of responsibility. Furthermore, teachers are supposed to distinguish different grades, majors and needs in the cognitive internship, professional internship, graduation internship to acquire the basic knowledge of industry enterprises, business modules, production and sales, etc., so as to fully experience the whole process of student training, fairly acquaint with every single element of the internship, and thoroughly comprehend the whole process. Meanwhile we need to lay great emphasis on cultivating internship students' independent thinking and hands-on ability with great care and love. And we need to have great efforts to educate and guide interns to be masters of the sense of responsibility with serious and responsible attitude of participating in professional internship work. Thirdly, the majority of students, conscientiously and properly, should abide by professional ethics, practice the craftsman spirit, improve their professional practice ability constantly, by keeping honing their will, tempering their character, sharpening their skills in practice, and striving to cultivate themselves into high-quality new business talents with clear purpose in meeting the needs of Guizhou's economic and social development.

Visits and Research
Lyu Guofu hopes that both counterparts will continue to expand cooperation areas, further strengthen exchanges and interactions, by putting the focus on personnel training, discipline construction, scientific research, laboratory construction, establisment of the dual qualification teaching team and other aspects of cooperation, in-depth exploration of cooperation innovation points and growth points, jointly create a new model of school-enterprise cooperation and development, explore a new mechanism for the integration of industry and education. We should give full play to our respective advantages in talent, technology and resources to achieve mutual complementarity and common development.
Luo Bing put forward suggestions on further strengthening cooperation between schools and enterprises. Firstly, we should comprehensively promote the reform of the integration model of production and education, combining the development direction of integration of production and education in the future, and actively explore diversified integration forms and industrial college construction based on the training of applied talents. Secondly, we need to innovate the personnel training model.
