In order to implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council regarding the employment of college graduates, GZUC, relying on the "Employment Promotion Week" for graduates and the 10th Guizhou Talent Expo, aims to create more job opportunities and entrepreneurial positions. Recently, Luo Bing, President of GZUC led a delegation to Guizhou Wufufang Food Co., Ltd. to carry out activities titled “visiting enterprises for expanding job opportunities and promoting employment cooperation”.
At the event, Chen Yingyong, GZUC’s Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, introduced the basic situation of the school leaders' visits to enterprises to expand job opportunities and promote employment. He expressed gratitude to Wufufang Food Co., Ltd. for their care and support for the graduates of Guizhou Business College. The Party Committee Secretaries and Deans of each college recommended 2022 graduates to specific employers based on their hiring needs and introduced the roles that graduates in corresponding majors can play in the construction of the company's talent pool.
As an outstanding graduate of GZUC, Wang Huaiping, Chairman and President of Guizhou Wufufang Food Co., Ltd., fully affirmed the applied talent training model of the school. He stated that the company's development and future five-year plan have led to a strong demand for employment and entrepreneurship positions. There is an urgent need for talents in fields such as accounting, information technology, e-commerce, and packaging design. This year, the company has provided 100 entrepreneurial positions for the graduates of the school.
Chairman Wang Huaiping hopes to promote strategic cooperation agreements, leverage the advantages of research institutes, and expand the company's talent pool by employing excellent graduates from the school. This, in turn, will achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes in the collaborative development between the school and the enterprise.
Luo Bing pointed out that in the over 70 years of its establishment, GZUC has seen outstanding alumni achieve remarkable results in serving the local economy and industry development, setting a great example for their fellow students. Focusing on demands and cultivation of talents in the new field of business, GZUC has continuously strengthened the implementation of the talent development model themed "one center, three adherences, three collaborations". It also prioritizes key tasks and vigorously promotes the integration of industry and education. This involves joint construction of practical teaching bases and innovation of the "brand + supermarket + teaching trade" platform. GZUC emphasizes the deep integration of professional and occupational standards, business practices, and entrepreneurial education, aiming to shorten the training period for students entering the workforce and meet the needs of the industry.
